Our Story
Our founder moved to California’s Wine Country hoping for a calm, tranquil break from running a succession of advertising and marketing agencies. Within a few months she was helping local nonprofits with fundraising, working on visual presentations for Jack London Park, helping raise funds for the Ukraine through their sister cities program, and hosting programs on the local community radio station.
Her program, Above the Fold, reflects the vast variety and quality of today’s podcasts. These audio programs are the newest platform for investigative journalism. Expertly produced, they are relevant, entertaining, and sophisticated journalism that cover a wide range of subjects.
With over 200,000,000 episodes available, curating a quality library for broadcast was rewarding and exhausting. Knowing the value of knowledge is in sharing, our mission is to support community newspapers by offering information on this incredible resource to add value and increase local readers.
